We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our client's college. Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver high-quality teaching in Electrical Installation to a diverse group of learners.
- Prepare lesson plans and materials, ensuring compliance with curriculum best practices and quality standards.
- Assess, monitor, support and record student progress.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
- Engage with the latest teaching technologies and methodologies to provide a stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop new curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training and professional development opportunities.
- Proven experience as an electrician/electrical installer.
- Motivated by helping others learn and making a difference in people’s lives.
- Ready to undertake necessary qualifications to become a certified lecturer.
- Teaching qualification is an advantage, but not required as training will be provided.
