They are currently looking to onboard a life science graduate who has an interest in immunology/ biomedical science to transition into an Inside Sales Specialist role. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to step into a scientific commercial role to drive sales growth within the business, with opportunities to progress internally across sales, technical support, or marketing.

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by qualifying incoming inquiries identifying sales opportunities, and working closely with Marketing to generate new business opportunities within the clinical and biotech markets.

Key Duties

  • Manage and qualify incoming inquiries and identify sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop & strengthen current customer relationships
  • Work closely with the company's sales, technical support, and marketing departments.
  • Input all inquiries, leads, and data into the company's CRM system.

Person Specification

  • BSc in Life science (e.g. biomedical, biology, biochemistry, etc)
  • Experience in a customer service or sales-based role. This could be a part-time role during University studies or post-degree.
  • Ability to work within a team with great communication skills
  • Able to commute to Oxford
