Description

Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:

  • Manage HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and processing documentation for HR related activities.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining a database of potential candidates.
  • Oversee the companies HR and Recruitment general inbox.

Profile

The successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Prior experience within an office/admin position, doesn't necessarily need to be HR related.
