Plumbing Lecturer
- Salary: £41,395 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications)

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer to join our team in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional passionate about sharing their expertise and guiding the next generation of industry professionals. The role involves delivering full-time study programmes to predominantly 16-18-year-olds and leading full-cost evening courses.
Day-to-day of the role of a Plumbing Lecturer:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons in both workshop and classroom settings.
- Support full-time students in developing essential workplace skills such as punctuality, teamwork, and communication.
- Guide students towards their next steps, whether that’s further study, apprenticeships, or employment.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of trainers covering various disciplines within the construction and building services sector.
- Contribute to the development of our curriculum and teaching resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Plumbing role:
- Relevant industry experience in plumbing renewables including underfloor heating ect
- Level 3 in Plumbing
- Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring young professionals.
- A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
- Commitment to professional development and learning new teaching methodologies.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
