Description
- Coordination of sales-related activities and support to the team.
- Managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases for the department.
- Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Assisting in producing sales reports and forecasts.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure business operations run smoothly.
- Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
- Assisting in the planning and organisation of sales events or meetings.
Profile
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
