We are currently seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join our clients team for a 3-month period. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support, delivering exceptional advisory services across the organisation, supporting the Head of HR.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide advice and guidance on a range of HR issues including policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support line managers with employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and sickness.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Help manage recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and organising interviews.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and support the HR team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
- Knowledge of current employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
