Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver expert advice on employment matters including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and employment legislation.
- Manage helpdesk and casework activity with precision and efficiency.
- Support recruitment, training, and development programs to empower staff.
- Promote wellbeing and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate closely with teams like Payroll to ensure smooth operations.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a people advisory role, ideally within education or a commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
