Global Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking a Contract Deskside Support for our client, an IT MSP company based in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Desktop Support and will be responsible for providing technical support to end users.
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of asset management and data management best practices
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple open cases
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
