IT Support Analyst, Desktop, Second Line, Hybrid, Windows, MacOS, AD, Support
Hybrid working, 2/3-day split.
An Award-Winning IT consultancy are looking to bring in an IT Support Analyst with a background in desktop and second line support engineer.
You will be supporting the day-to-day activities of the company's help desk department, working with the MSP's client's IT functional needs. You will also oversee developing and delivering a variety of projects each month, this will increase alongside your expertise.
This role is a Hybrid role, with a pathway for internal skill-set development across the company.

- previous experience within a desktop support role
Key Responsibilities -
- Management and lead of 1-2 projects per month.
- On site Help desk Support
- Strong customer service and communication
- Ticket Management and ensuring SLAs are met
- Helping the management team with business improvements
- Logging, maintaining and resolving client IT issues
- Maintain Desktop configurations
