IT Support Analyst, Desktop, Second Line, Hybrid, Windows, MacOS, AD, Support

Hybrid working, 2/3-day split.

An Award-Winning IT consultancy are looking to bring in an IT Support Analyst with a background in desktop and second line support engineer.

You will be supporting the day-to-day activities of the company's help desk department, working with the MSP's client's IT functional needs. You will also oversee developing and delivering a variety of projects each month, this will increase alongside your expertise.

This role is a Hybrid role, with a pathway for internal skill-set development across the company.

  • Driving License and own transport
  • previous experience within a desktop support role

Key Responsibilities -

  • Management and lead of 1-2 projects per month.
  • On site Help desk Support
  • Strong customer service and communication
  • Ticket Management and ensuring SLAs are met
  • Helping the management team with business improvements
  • Logging, maintaining and resolving client IT issues
  • Maintain Desktop configurations
