** 1 Year Contract - Hybrid Role **
  • Drive collaboration across global teams (and squads, including business) to plan, execute, and deliver programs/projects to committed schedule, budget and business outcomes with quality.
  • Management of 3rd parties (e.g. contractors, consultants) to support program/project delivery activities.
  • Effective communications and stakeholder engagement at all levels within the organisation.
  • Leading change management activities impacted by program/project delivery.
  • Conduct transition of completed programs/projects to operational activities.
  • Ability to review and drive continual improvement to program delivery processes and tooling where required.
  • Be a PMO advocate to uplift program/project delivery capabilities for organisation's wider benefit.
  • Work with engineers assigned to ensure tasks get completed on time.
  • Report to functional and other leadership on project status.
  • Maintain project management artifacts - Kickoff, Requirements, Project Plan, Project Status, RAID register etc.
  • Liaison between business and IT infrastructure team.
  • Work with support teams on procurement, SOWs.

Requirements:

  • Highly experienced in delivering digital and technology programs/projects in a matrix environment.
  • Highly adaptable to changes and to new ways of working/delivery methodologies.
  • The ability to build positive relationships across Functions and regions.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, which will include: The ability to constructively challenge and influence colleagues and leaders.A strong team player, ideally with experience of working within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify and resolve conflict and problems.
  • Discipline to assess and manage risks at the right level.
  • Program/Project related financial analysis skills.
  • Strong IT capabilities, with a vision for opportunities ahead.
  • Demonstrated strong program/project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience in a range of adaptive delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid etc.
  • Knowledge of specialty chemical sector will be highly desired but not required.
  • PMP and CSM certifications - good to have.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Jira, Confluence.
  • Strong communication with ability to discuss at strategy and execution level.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
