This is a great opportunity for a Quality Manager looking to work for an industry leading company, within a niche and specialist sector. You will be provided with a platform to improve your technical knowledge, whilst progressing into more senior roles within the business or chartered engineer status, depending on your career goals. Fully funded external training will be provided.

You will be working for a well-established and highly profitable SME that supports a range of blue chip customers within a highly regulated industry. This is a key hire where you will assume responsibility for all aspects of the quality management system and have the opportunity to implement your own ideas for process improvements, whilst managing a small team.

This role would suit an experienced quality manager or senior engineer looking to step up. The Role:
- Quality Manager - Working for a specialist manufacturer
- A varied role assuming responsibility for all aspects of the quality management system
- Lead external regulatory audits (ISO 9001), internal audits and drive process improvements within the department.
- An interesting mixture of hands-on inspection and quality engineering related tasks
- Full industry and product training provided
- Development opportunities into senior roles within the business or chartered status
- Flexible working hours and hybrid working

The Person:
- Has experience working with quality documentation and quality inspection
- Has a background in a manufacturing environment - Desirable
- Holds a UK driving licence and is happy to travel within the role when required
- Experience working with ISO9001 or any other quality standard
