Warehouse Operative and Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative and Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, efficient, and looking for a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will handle both the physical and administrative tasks necessary to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Picking, packing and despatching of orders in a timely manner
  • Receive, process, and organise warehouse stock products.
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain high standards for audits.
  • Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
  • Perform warehouse inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
  • Handle administrative duties such as record keeping, managing stock levels, and processing paperwork.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Utilise warehouse management software to maintain records and track inventory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse operative role or similar position.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in managing systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on feet for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • High level of diligence and attention to detail.
  • Forklift License beneficial
