Are you an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a prominent organisation in the police industry, is seeking someone with your expertise to join their team. As a Commercial Contracts Solicitor, you will play a vital role in providing legal support for contractual and commercial estates matters. This is a temporary position with a contract length of 6 months, offering a competitive daily rate of £550.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO POLICE VETTING CRITERIA YOU MUST HAVE RESIDED WITHIN THE UK CONTINUOUSLY FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION. UNFORTUNATELY ANYTHING LESS THAN THIS WILL NOT BE CONTACTED OR CONSIDERED.

Responsibilities:

Offer expert legal advice in relation to contractual and commercial estates matters.Draught, review, negotiate, and amend commercial contracts and commercial leases.Prepare collaboration agreements by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the terms.Manage routine contractual and procurement work efficiently.Deliver training sessions to enhance the team's understanding of contractual matters.Provide assistance with complex contract management issues.

Qualifications:

Possess a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial contracts and estates matters.Excellent knowledge of contract law and experience in handling commercial contracts.Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.Proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
