Litigation & Employment Paralegal – Oxfordshire

An opportunity with a highly regarded and dynamic legal practice with an excellent reputation across Oxfordshire has become available. Our client, known for providing exceptional legal services from its three thriving offices is expanding its Litigation team in Abingdon.

The firm is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Litigation & Employment Paralegal to be part of its vibrant team. If you’re passionate about Litigation & Employment law and ready to take your career to the next level, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

Duties Include:

  • Assist Litigation Fee Earners with fee and non-fee-earning tasks
  • Provide administrative support to external consultants
  • Manage client communications and respond promptly to enquiries
  • Prepare legal documents, including letters, forms, claims, pleadings and court bundles
  • Organise mediations and attend court hearings to support clients
  • Handle video conferencing setups and client meetings (phone, email, or in-person)
  • Perform diary management, meeting coordination and general administrative duties
  • Open, manage & archive client files while processing bills and payments
  • Draft, amend & format documents with precision and confidentiality
  • Update clients on case progress and coordinate billing with the finance team
  • Ensure compliance with due diligence and regulatory requirements
  • Support projects and complete tasks assigned by the supervising Solicitor
