OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager or Business Administration Manager to work in the care sector for a true market leader.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CARE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.

We are continuing to grow and develop and also now offering live-in care and more complex care

• Competitive salary ranging from £42,500 to £47,500 per annum DOE (if you are looking for in excess of this please still apply as they could offer more for the right person)

The Role:
As an Operations Manager your role will include:

• Overseeing the day to day running of the office and operations
• Managing staff and resources effectively
• Overseeing compliance, training, recruitment, financials and payroll
• Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures
• Look at ways to simplify things
• Work closely with the senior management team
• Assist the business development and marketing team
• Creating a positive culture within the office

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Operations Manager should have:

• Relevant management skills or qualifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Have a strong character and be a good communicator
• Be a reflective leader
• Want to develop their own style of management
• Work closely with the owners to develop growth plans for the service
• Be a strong leader and natural problem solver

The Package:
The benefits package for the Operations Manager role includes:

• A basic salary of £42,500 - £47,500 DOE (potentially more)
