Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and on-site messaging.
- Create compelling content that aligns with brand identity and enhances customer engagement.
- Assist in building automated customer journeys to optimise retention and loyalty.
- Analyse campaign performance, applying insights to improve engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM activities with business objectives.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to refine content and targeting.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Marketing (or similar) or at least one year of CRM/Email Marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and customer segmentation.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Ometria, Bloomreach, or Klaviyo (desirable).
- Proficiency in data analysis using Google Analytics and Excel.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- A proactive mindset with a customer-first approach.
