We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join our team at our client's leading Further Education (FE) college in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is ready to start as soon as possible and contribute to the development of aspiring engineers.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver lectures and tutorials in mechanical engineering subjects.
  • Prepare and develop teaching materials and assessments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress and development of the students.
  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to students.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance course content and delivery.
  • Participate in departmental and college meetings and functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards one.
