We are currently seeking an Interim HR Administrator to join our clients team for a six-week period during a busy phase. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in HR administration and is capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Undertake referencing and onboard new starters.
  • Ensure HR administration is up to date and organised in the HR system.
  • Respond to queries from the HR inbox promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CIPD qualification is beneficial but not essential.
