We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a growing, family-run garden centre in Oxfordshire. Youll lead a skilled team in delivering outstanding service, ensuring the restaurant becomes a top destination for quality food and a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager.

  • Overseeing front of house operations to ensure a clean, inviting environment with consistently high standards of food safety and allergen awareness.
  • Driving restaurant sales to meet or exceed targets, ensuring revenue growth and high guest satisfaction.
  • Achieving top-notch Mystery Shopper scores (80%+), maintaining the restaurants reputation for excellence.
  • Managing the wages/salaries budget against sales, making sure financial targets are met while staying within agreed ratios.
  • Leading, developing, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service, while implementing effective improvement plans for continued success.
