Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Temporary Finance Assistant to work for a Technology company in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
Role:Temporary Finance Assistant
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:30
Pay Rate: £15.00 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities of the Temporary Finance Assistant:
- Central role in facilitating smooth running of UK and USA financial systems
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Handle expenses claims
- Assist with payroll and credit control
- Contribute to monthly management accounts
- Perform general office management duties as part of the team
- Ensure efficient running of the office
About you:
- Min 2-3 years of financial / bookkeeping experience
- Solid Purchase Ledger, Expenses process knowledge
- Experience (or willing to learn) of Payroll systems
- Exceptional interpersonal / Customer service skills
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail, ability to follow processes and procedures
- Able to work without supervision with a positive can-do attitude
- Ideally experience working in a technology / software company environment.
