We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join our client's Further Education college in Oxfordshire. This role involves teaching GCSE Maths and Functional Skills Maths, providing an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our students’ educational journey.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet the curriculum standards for GCSE and Functional Skills Maths.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
  • Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development.
  • Prepare students for qualifications and external examinations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to review and enhance curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A recognised teaching qualification in Maths or a related subject.
  • Experience in teaching GCSE Maths and Functional Skills Maths.
