Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver High-Quality PE Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons for girls, focusing on a range of sports and physical activities that build confidence, teamwork, and a love for physical fitness.
  • Promote Health and Well-being: Inspire students to value and prioritize physical activity, teaching them the importance of fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Encourage Inclusivity and Team Spirit: Create an environment where every student feels welcomed, supported, and motivated to participate in team and individual activities.
  • Assess and Track Student Progress: Monitor and evaluate students' progress, setting achievable goals and providing constructive feedback to help them excel.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other PE staff to ensure a cohesive curriculum, sharing best practices and supporting extracurricular sports initiatives.
