About Us:

We offer a fulfilling and exciting role as a LSA in a respected primary school located in Kennington, Abingdon. With excellent transport links and on-site parking, you'll have the opportunity to promote and enhance the learning and social skills of children with additional needs. Your role as a Learning Support Assistant will encompass individual 1:1 support as well as guiding small group learning and activities.

LSA Requirements:

* Empathetic and skilled in building meaningful relationships with children* Ability to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each child* Collaborate closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other professionals* Ensure accurate implementation of personalised educational plans (EHCPs)* Create and adapt support materials to facilitate success in a mainstream classroom environment* Foster an engaging and stimulating classroom learning experience
