A local school in Abingdon, Vale of White Horse is expanding their SEN team, for an Experience Learning Support as they are increasingly seeing more EHCPs for their students. It means the current framework is not enough to give the students what they need in their education, many of the SEN students require additional techniques to adapt the tasks to them.

Due to the nature of the SEN in this school it will require an Experience Learning Support will need to be able to switch from EYFS, to KS1 to KS2 with ease. To deal with varying degrees of autism, adhd and global development delay of Abingdon students.

£83.50 - £90 per day

Term time only, Monday - Friday

* Experience working with ASD in any setting* Confidence to work with challenging behaviour* Team teach training or similar* Experience working with non-verbal ASD &/or high functioning* Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE's in Maths and English - C or above)* Good communication skills
