- Deliver inspirational teaching and learning as part of the Motor Vehicle team.
- Maintain the highest standards of health and safety in the workshop.
- Use innovative teaching methods to deliver both practical and theory sessions to students aged 14-19 and adults.
- Engage with continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of course materials and curriculum planning.
- Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Motor Vehicle.
- Demonstrable up-to-date industry skills and knowledge.
- Literacy and numeracy skills at Level 2.
- Desirable: Experience with HGV, Hybrid vehicles, and a recognised teaching qualification.
- Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification if not already obtained.
