This role provides the chance to support students in their physical education lessons while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of their regular teacher. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise PE lessons set by the class teacher and ensure students are on task and engaged in physical activities.
• Manage student behaviour and create a positive, respectful atmosphere in line with the school's high standards.
• Support the delivery of a broad range of PE activities, from team sports to individual fitness exercises.
• Act as a role model and foster positive relationships with students, staff, and other school members.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students during all physical activities, following proper health and safety protocols.
• Assist in the setup and preparation of equipment for lessons.

Ideal Candidate:

• A strong interest in physical education and working with young people.
• Previous experience working in a school environment or a background in PE is desirable but not essential.
• Good organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage classroom behaviour.
• A passion for supporting students in their learning and development.
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
