We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer to join our team in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional passionate about sharing their expertise and guiding the next generation of industry professionals. The role involves delivering full-time study programmes to predominantly 16-18-year-olds.

Plumbing Lecturer

  • Salary: up to £40 umbrella / £38ph PAYE
  • Location: Oxfordshire
  • Job Type: Full-time 37 hours pw
  • Start Asap! Ongoing ( Term time only )

Day-to-day of the role of a Plumbing Lecturer:

  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons in both workshop and classroom settings.
  • Support full-time students in developing essential workplace skills such as punctuality, teamwork, and communication.
  • Guide students towards their next steps, whether that’s further study, apprenticeships, or employment.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of trainers covering various disciplines within the construction and building services sector.
  • Contribute to the development of our curriculum and teaching resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Plumbing Lecturer role:

  • Relevant industry experience in plumbing.
  • Level 2 or above in Plumbing
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring young professionals levels 1 and 2 Plumbing
  • Commitment to professional development and learning new teaching methodologies.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
