School Administration Officer Required in Accrington

We are seeking a School Bursar to join a “Good” school in the Accrington area. This full-time role requires a dedicated individual with experience in school finance and administration. The position starts after the October Half-term.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Oversee the school’s financial operations, including payroll and credit notes.
  • Manage administrative systems such as SIMS and ScoPay.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication within the school environment.
  • Ensure accurate use of spelling and grammar in all documentation.
  • Commit to professional development and continuous learning.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and adults.
  • Uphold the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a school office or similar setting.
  • Proficiency with school administrative and financial systems.
