Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business in waste reduction and throughput improvement while maintaining 100% quality performance.
  • Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), FAIR approvals, OFI identification, customer issues, and training of inspection personnel.
  • Compile and submit First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) for customer approval using Visual FAIR.
  • Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers on quality issues.
  • Drive improvement activities to reduce scrap, rework, and non-value-added costs.
  • Compile and monitor Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), R&R, and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.
  • Act as the PPAP Coordinator, ensuring the timely submission and approval of PPAP documents.
