We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Engineer to oversee the management, compliance, and continuous improvement of a multi-site quality management system (QMS). This dynamic role involves maintaining ISO certifications, leading audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving process improvements. Collaborating closely with quality and operations teams, the role aims to uphold exceptional product and service standards while identifying opportunities for optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS to meet ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Plan, lead, and report on internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on quality processes, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and resolve non-conformance issues.
  • Collect, analyse, and report quality data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven Quality Systems experience working with QMS to ISO standards
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
  • Lead Auditor certified in ISO standard
  • Strong continuous improvement and communication skills


Location: Accrington
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £40k - £46k (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Full Time -0830-1630 (Mon-Thurs), 0830-1400 (Fri)
