NDT Operator (Level 2)

(Weeknight Shift)

Mon-Thurs 9pm-6:45am

Introduction
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Level 2 NDT Operator to join a growing and forward-thinking manufacturing company supplying engineered components to the Aerospace and Power Generation industries. This position supports the continued expansion of the business and plays a vital role in ensuring product safety through various non-destructive testing techniques.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, physically fit, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Non-Destructive Testing using FPI, MPI, and BEA methods

  • Perform process controls in accordance with internal instructions (LA1)

  • Interpret results and carry out inspections with authorisation from Level 3 personnel

  • Refer discontinuities to senior staff for review

  • Execute pre- and post-processing activities, including degreasing, etching, and protection of parts

  • Follow Data Cards and ensure compliance with aerospace standards

  • Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in inspection processes
