Exciting opportunity on offer for an ambitious & adventurous installation technician to join a world leading sports equipment company who supply and install elite level equipment to clubs & world renowned competitions .
This fantastic company are world renowned for designing & manufacturing state of the art equipment to support athletes at both club & elite event level & they have a world class reputation in the industry for the equipment & services they provide.
This fantastic multi specialist company supply equipment to the world's most prestigious sporting events such as the Olympics and the Commonwealth games and due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an installation technician in to their passionate & dedicated permanent team.
The role will involve working in a small team of technicians & travelling to various gymnastics centres and competitions around the UK to install equipment. This is a hands-on role and will involve working away from home, there will also be occasional weekend work so the ability to be flexible is essential as is a full clean driving licence. It is also essential that you have the ability to pass a DBS check. You will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for the industry & be committed to delivering the highest level of customer service ensuring that projects are completed to tight deadlines.

The role
- Installation of state of the art gymnastics equipment at training centres, schools, and competition venues
- Working as part of a small team of technicians to meet deadlines and deliver projects to the highest possible standard
- Providing excellent on-site customer service
- Carrying out routine safety checks and ensuring all installations meet required standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues effectively
- Field based UK wide role with frequent stay away
The person
- Previous equipment Installation experience is desirable - full training will be given but a knowledge of gymnastics/ sports equipment would be ideal.
- A team player with excellent customer service & communication skills & the ability to problem-solve in order to deliver a high standard projects to tight deadlines
- A full clean driving licence is a must for this role and candidates will have to undergo a DBS check
- A passionate driven & reliable technician who enjoys delivering an exceptional service.
