Our clients, a rapidly expanding Estate Agency in Lancashire, are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their successful team. This role will be a hands on position, negotiating, sales progression taking morning meetings. You will also be responsible for leading the team, setting KPI’s and driving the business forward.
Working hours:
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
- Alternate Saturday with ½ in lieu.
The successful Sales Manager role will be offered:
- Basic salary £32,500
- OTE £38,000 - £42,000

To be considered for the Sales Manager role you must have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in industry as a Senior Negotiator upwards
- Ability to work as part of a team and drive team forward
- Driving licence
As a Sales Manager, your role will involve:
- Booking viewings
- Dealing with offers
- Registering applicants
- Sales Progression
- Setting KPIs
- Taking Team Meetings
- Covering Valuations as required.
