Our clients, a rapidly expanding Estate Agency in Lancashire, are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their successful team. This role will be a hands on position, negotiating, sales progression taking morning meetings. You will also be responsible for leading the team, setting KPI’s and driving the business forward.

Working hours:

  • Full Time
  • Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
  • Alternate Saturday with ½ in lieu.

The successful Sales Manager role will be offered:

  • Basic salary £32,500
  • OTE £38,000 - £42,000

To be considered for the Sales Manager role you must have:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Booking viewings
  • Dealing with offers
  • Registering applicants
  • Sales Progression
  • Setting KPIs
  • Taking Team Meetings
  • Covering Valuations as required.
