Site Supervisor

- Job Type: Full-time
- Hours: 30 hours per week (6am - 9am & 3pm - 6pm)
- Start Date: After October Half-term
We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team. This role requires a responsible individual who can manage the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Day to Day of the role:
- Oversee the daily operations of the site, ensuring all activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supervise on-site staff and coordinate their activities to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Manage site resources and equipment, ensuring they are maintained and used correctly.
- Liaise with management to report on site progress and any concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work early morning and late afternoon shifts.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
