We have an amazing opportunity foran Education Manager, to work for an amazing company; That supports Independent Training Providers, FE Colleges, Universities, and Employer Providers, who deliver government-funded contracts across the country and who are all passionate about developing excellence within work-based learning. Our client supports its members to provide the highest quality learning opportunities to young people and adults to the benefit of employers and the wider society in Lancashire.
Location: Lancashire
Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:
- A relevant first degree and/or professional qualification and a teaching qualification
- Great Communication Skills
- Evidence of continuous professional development together with the ability to develop and manage an achievement-focussed team
- A creative and flexible approach towards achieving objectives and deadlines
- Persuasive and supportive leadership and staff management skills
- Have strong knowledge of work-based learning regarding Apprenticeships
- An innovative approach and proactive style together with highly developed communication skills and the natural ability to influence others
