An opportunity to join a scale up company to help oversee the design, development, and maintenance of their data infrastructure.

THE COMPANY:

This leading retailer is currently investing and growing within their financial services division, and are currently looking for an innovative and fast paced Lead Data Engineer to work on a modern tech stack (DBT and Snowflake) and help enable the team to make data driven insights by ensuring efficient, reliable, and secure data collection, storage, and processing.

THE ROLE:

A remote working Lead Data Engineer will need to:

  • Design and build data models
  • Manage and mentor engineers
  • Ingest data into Snowflake
  • Transform data using DBT
  • Empower teams to make data driven teams

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful Lead Data Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

  • Ability and experience interacting with key stakeholders
  • Experience in designing, developing, maintaining data pipelines (DBT and Snowflake)
  • Leadership and mentoring experience

THE BENEFITS:

You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £80,000 On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
