What You Will Do:

Design and develop electronics hardware and embedded software, including circuit design, PCB layout, and testing.
Develop embedded software for Microchip PIC - embedded C.
Prototype building and hands-on project development from the ground up.
Contribute to some PC software and app development, expanding your skills into new areas.
Work with a wide variety of prestigious clients, including major UK banks, building societies, telecoms companies, and the NHS.
Get involved in some basic mechanical work such as mounting and fitting, though the primary focus will be on electronics and embedded software.

Who You Are:

A degree-qualified Electronics Engineer with Embedded Software Skills, with 5+ years of experience (or a candidate eager to grow with training and support).
Comfortable working in analogue and digital electronics, with strong general electronics skills.
Ambitious and ready to take on a critical role in a small but growing family-owned business.
Someone who enjoys being a "big fish in a small pond" and is ready to make a significant impact.
