  • Part CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) or in the process of becoming qualified, with a strong sales background

  • Comfortable working with numbers and explaining financial products clearly to clients
  • Target-driven and success-oriented, always striving to exceed expectations
  • Confident with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Possess a valid driving licence and own transport

What will your role look like?

  • Guide clients through different types of mortgages and offer suitable products to match their needs
  • Explore each customer's financial circumstances, including monthly expenditures, to assess the best mortgage options
  • Explain repayments and mortgage protection to ensure clients make informed decisions
  • Provide general advice on the home-buying process, giving clients confidence at every step
  • Liaise with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and other key players in the home-buying process
