The Role: As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you will support the nursery team on a flexible, as-needed basis. Your duties will include:

  • Delivering high-quality care to children within the nursery

  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging activities

  • Promoting children's learning, development, and well-being

  • Supporting the day-to-day routines, including personal care and safeguarding

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Education qualification (or equivalent)

  • Passion for working with children and supporting their development

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable

  • A friendly, flexible, and professional attitude

  • Valid DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
