Our client is a leading engineering company in Accrington.They are looking for a skilled and experienced Press Brake Programmer/ Setter/Operator to join their team.

The role

As a Press Brake Programmer/Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Amada HFE 80-25 and HFE100-3 press brake machines to produce high-quality metal parts. You will work from engineering drawings and be responsible for programming the machines. You will also be responsible for working with mild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Amada HFE 80-25 and HFE100-3 press brake machines

Program the machines to produce high-quality metal parts

Work from engineering drawings and ensure that all parts meet specifications

Work with mild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel

Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements

Experience operating Amada HFE 80-25 and HFE100-3 press brake machines

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Experience in programming press brake machines

Experience working with mild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel

Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
