Sonic Summary

Our clients, a rapidly expanding Estate Agency in Lancashire, are seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.
The role requires experience in the industry, ideally in Sales and Lettings, along with strong customer service skills and a driving licence.
Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 5.30, with alternate Saturdays and a half day in lieu.
The position offers a basic salary of £27,500 with an OTE of £32,500 and numerous benefits.
Key responsibilities include booking viewings, dealing with offers, registering applicants, and managing sales progression and tenancy applications.

The position will be working in a growing business with day-to-day tasks including negotiating in both sales and lettings, attending viewings and experience in tenancy applications

Working hours:

Full Time
Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
Alternate Saturday with ½ in lieu.

The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator role will be offered:

Basic salary £27,500
OTE £32,500
