Sonic Summary

A rapidly expanding Estate Agency in Lancashire is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with alternate Saturdays and a half-day off in lieu.
The basic salary for the Sales Negotiator role is up to £27,500, with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of £30,000 to £35,000.
Candidates must possess strong customer service skills, have experience in a sales role, and hold a valid driving license.
Key responsibilities include booking viewings, dealing with offers, and registering applicants.

Our clients, a rapidly expanding Estate Agency in Lancashire, are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. The position will be working in a growing business with day to day tasks including Negotiating and Viewings

Working hours:

Full Time
Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
Alternate Saturday with ½ in lieu.

The successful Sales Negotiator role will be offered:

Basic salary Up to £27,500
OTE £30,000 - £35,000
