The role involves creating direct contacts with all those that could benefit from our services and gaining the opportunities from them to deliver our exceptionally good services.
Work involved
1. Calling Construction Businesses and Sub-Contractors offering our services and forming contacts. (We do not advertise and all leads are self generated by sales people)
2. Developing strong bonds and relationships with clients
3. Assisting in the recruitment and deployment of good quality tradespeople and other resources so that our clients use us again and again.
4. Following up with clients to ensure that they are happy at all times.
5. Keep our precious resources well informed and ensure that they come to us first.
You will need
1. Experience of Construction
2. Good work ethic and communication skills
3. Ideally good track record of sales but natural born sales people will also be considered
4. Driving Licence and use of a car for work
We offer
1. Strictly 8.30-4.30 Monday to Friday (35 hours)
2. Some work from Home Available and Flexi Time
3. Decent Negotiated Basic and generous mileage allowance (£15-£20) per hour
