What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive HR support, from onboarding to performance management
- Manage monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Drive recruitment initiatives to attract top talent
- Coordinate training programs and support apprenticeship schemes
- Maintain HR systems and deliver critical business insights
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures
You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
- Previous HR generalist experience in a manufacturing setting
- Hands-on payroll processing experience
- CIPD qualification (or currently working towards it)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive approach and the initiative to drive projects to completion
- A commitment to fairness and integrity in all HR processes
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively at all levels
