An HR Advisor is needed to join our Human Resources team. The role involves handling all aspects of candidate generation, managing the recruitment process, and providing HR support to the industrial/manufacturing department.

Description

  • Generate and manage a strong candidate pipeline for our Industrial/Manufacturing department
  • Handle all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding
  • Provide HR support and advice to managers and staff
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and employment law
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Relevant education in Human Resources or a related field
  • Solid experience in candidate generation and recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
