An HR Advisor is needed to join our Human Resources team. The role involves handling all aspects of candidate generation, managing the recruitment process, and providing HR support to the industrial/manufacturing department.

Description
- Generate and manage a strong candidate pipeline for our Industrial/Manufacturing department
- Handle all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding
- Provide HR support and advice to managers and staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and employment law
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Relevant education in Human Resources or a related field
- Solid experience in candidate generation and recruitment
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
