CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for a Sales Executive to join our busy client in Accrington, BB5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the companys criteria
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure alignment of the sales strategies with overall company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Use data and insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies where necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates on progress toward targets
Qualifications/Experience
- Proven track record of sales success, ideally in a manufacturing industry
- Experience in lead generation, sales presentations, and closing deals
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with the use of CRM software. Salesforce is advantageous
- Relevant experience within an SME manufacturing facility preferred
- 5+ Years experience sales role within manufacturing
Working Hours:- 40 hours per week
Pay rate:£50,000 - £60,000
