SALARY: Circa £38’000 - £40’000 dependent on experience
                 Profit Related Bonus Scheme
                 4 day working week 7am - 4pm

We are currently searching for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team supporting the customer and team experience from start to finish.

Maintenance Engineer key skills:

  • Experience with fault finding.
  • Forklift Truck Licence and desirable IPAF Licence.
  • Maintenance and Repair of machinery onsite.
  • Work closely and support any external engineers / 3rd Parties.
  • Involved in all new projects within the manufacturing site as the business acquires new production machinery to expand.
  • Training and development will be given as part of your career journey, improving your knowledge and skills is essential to the success of the business.
  • Ideally initially apprentice trained with experience across electrical and mechanical.
  • Level 3 in Electrical Installation 18th Edition.

Maintenance Engineer attributes:

  • Hands on approach to your work is absolutely key.
  • Leadership qualities to support and guide.
  • A strong interest to build your career as a Maintenance Engineer and have a flexible approach to adapt your skills to support the business with additional responsibilities i.e. small amount of building maintenance engineering if required.
  • The role will be 50% Mechanical and 50% Electrical.
  • Positive attitude coupled with strong communication skills to work cross functionally across all departments.
