The Showroom Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless hospitality services, efficient meeting room management, and the upkeep of the showroom and visitor areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations:
    • Open the kitchen, prep coffee machines, and set up meeting rooms.
    • Check the daily schedule for meetings and visits; ensure refreshments and supplies are ready.
    • Serve drinks, snacks, and meals to visitors.
    • Assist with event coordination.
  • Visitor Hospitality:
    • Coordinate meals with the canteen, serve food and drinks, and keep visitor areas clean and stocked.
  • Meeting Room & Showroom Management:
    • Set up and tidy meeting rooms.
    • Ensure rooms have water, snacks, and necessary equipment.
    • Prioritise sales meetings and manage room bookings for visitors.
  • Stock & Sample Management:
    • Maintain and restock hospitality supplies.
    • Organise and reorder fabric samples and showroom materials.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Print confidential documents, source supplies, and manage room bookings.
    • Prepare hospitality schedules and assist with email correspondence.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Cover reception during lunch or absences.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
  • Ability to handle a busy, reactive schedule.
  • Basic administrative skills (email, Office 365, room bookings).
  • Flexibility to support senior management and visitors.
  • Driving license required.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional events or meetings.
