We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager for a growing FMCG manufacturer specializing in modern kitchenware using presswork techniques, based in Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all technical aspects of the manufacturing process, with a strong focus on presswork techniques.
- Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high standards of performance and continuous improvement.
- Work with the production team to optimise manufacturing processes, enhance product quality, and increase efficiency.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to support the company's growth objectives and maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert guidance and support to the team.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends, integrating relevant innovations into the manufacturing process.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of presswork techniques and modern kitchenware manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent experience.
